Our Affiliate Relationships

BGJ Construction (bgj-construction.pl) is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes operated by various online casinos and betting sites. When you click on certain links to casino operators featured on this website and subsequently open accounts or make deposits, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you.

How We Earn Revenue

Our affiliate commissions come directly from the casinos and betting operators we review, not from you as a user. These commissions help fund the ongoing operation and maintenance of this website, including research, content creation, and player support services.

Editorial Independence

We want to be absolutely clear: our affiliate commissions do not influence our editorial decisions, casino rankings, or reviews. Our ratings and recommendations are based solely on objective criteria including operator licensing, security standards, game variety, customer support quality, and user experience. We maintain strict editorial independence and would include casinos in our reviews regardless of whether they offer affiliate partnerships.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links on this site are clearly identified using one or more of the following methods:

• Links containing "affiliate" or "aff" in the URL
• Visual indicators such as "[AFFILIATE LINK]" or "[SPONSORED]" labels
• Contextual disclosure within the surrounding text

UK & ASA Compliance

This disclosure is made in full compliance with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and the Business Names Act 1985. We are committed to transparent advertising practices and consumer protection standards required by the UK's advertising regulatory framework.

Your Responsibility

As a visitor to this site, you should be aware that clicking affiliate links may result in us receiving compensation. We encourage you to:

• Review our full terms and conditions before creating an account
• Verify operator licensing and regulatory status independently
• Gamble responsibly and only with operators you trust
• Contact us if you have questions about any affiliate relationship
